HOW TO APPLY
For private persons
In order to obtain the electronic signature, you have to visit one of the Latvia Post post offices (a list of post offices where the e-signature is available, is located here) and should fill in the application. Please take your passport when going to the post office.
For legal persons
To legal persons we recommend making of a necessary prepayment for packages into EME current account in order to simply and conveniently obtain smart cards for your employees. Payment documents shall contain information which persons and for which packs this prepayment is made. Thereafter issue to employees copies of the payment document and send them to post offices to submit applications for receipt of smart cards. The post office employee will make sure what services have been paid accoding to the payment document and will accept the employee’s application.
If in your enterprise there are many potential users, or, if your enterprise wants to obtain other EME services, then it would be better to conclude an agreement. In such a case we ask you to communicate with the Latvia Post Sales department.
